某复杂难选金矿高效浮选新技术及工业应用实践研究 被引量:1

New Efficient flotaion technology and industrial application practice for a refractory complex fine-grained gold ore

摘要 针对微细粒复杂难处理金矿砷、碳、硫含量较高,金回收率低等问题,成功开发出分段分流分速精细化浮选新技术,该项技术在某金选厂获得了成功运用,其中在原矿金品位3.59g/t时,获得了金精矿含金位45.56g/t、金回收率90.07%的工业试验指标,与原生产指标相比,金回收率提高了11.22%。该项技术工艺稳定,经济效益和社会效益显著。 According to refractory complex fine-graind gold ore which have high content of arsenic、carbon、sulfur but have low recovery of gold,a novel technology of multistage grinding-flotation process subject to flotation have developed,which applied successfully in a gold plant,when the ore grade of gold3.59g/t,the industrial test index of gold concentrate grade of gold45.56g/t,gold recovery rate of 90.07%,compared with the original production index,the gold recovery rate increased by 11.22 percentage points.The technology is stable,significant economic and social benefits.
