摘要
某铜钼矿是我国典型的超大型斑岩铜矿床,矿石主要有用矿物为斑铜矿、黄铜矿、辉钼矿以及少量的赤铜矿和铜蓝,目前现场回收铜钼采用的工艺主要为铜钼等可浮再分离-强化选铜流程,但钼回收率不高,只有50%左右。通过采用捕收能力强、选择性好的APⅡ作为铜钼等可浮捕收剂,单独使用硫化钠作为铜钼分离抑制剂,就能很好的实现铜钼分离,使钼的回收率提高20%。
A copper-molybdenum ore is one of typical and super large porphyry copper deposits in China,in which there are such main useful mineralsas bornite,chalcopyrite,molybdenite,a small amount of cuprite and azurite.The current process used is copper-molybdenum iso-flotation,then copper-molybdenum separation and strengthening of copper recovery from tailings of copper-molybdenum iso-flotation.But Morecovery is not very high,only about 50%.By adopting APⅡ as collectors of copper-molybdenum isoflotation and using sodium sulfide as inhibitors of copper-molybdenum separation alone,the copper and molybdenum are separated well with Mo-recovery increased by 20%.
