境外地质矿产信息集成和服务平台建设实践与思考

经济全球化过程使我国企业不能置身全球矿产资源的勘查开发之外。当前,发达国家及国际上有关机构开展全球范围地质矿产资源信息研究,为相关企业和机构活动提供资讯服务。我国"走出去"企业在国际上开展合作较晚,急需要获取境外基础地质矿产和勘查开发信息,国内目前没有一个权威的全球地质矿产信息服务平台,本文以笔者所从事的境外地质矿产勘查开发信息集成研究、数据库建设和共享服务实践为基础,提出了建立境外地质矿产信息集成和服务平台,从而为"走出去"的企业提供资讯服务。

The Chinese mining company should be involved in the global mineral resource investigation especially in the current economic globalization.Now many developed countries built specific agencies to do research and then to afford consulting services for their mining companies.The Chinese company start late in the oversea mining investigation and need the related consulting services urgently.But till now,there is no platform like this in our country.In this paper,a new platform for consulting services was put forward,based on the already related research,the construction of the database,and on the experiences in sharing and service.The platform can afford indispensable consulting services for the Chinese company in their oversea mineral resource investigation.
