经济发展新常态下地质调查科学发展影响因素分析

Analysis of factors influencing geology survey sustainable development under new economic constant state

地质调查工作是经济社会发展的一项基础性、公益性工作,事关国家资源安全、环境保护和生态管护等经济社会发展的方方面面。随着经济发展进入新常态,必然要求地质调查工作能够持续为经济社会发展提供优质、高效和多层面的服务。本文运用问题树分析法,较全面地收集分析了目前地质调查发展存在的问题,重点分析了影响地质调查科学发展的六大因素,具体包括需求因素、战略规划、体制机制、人才队伍、制度保障和工作效果,并提出相关的对策建议。

As one basis,public job of economic and social development,geological survey is related to every aspects of country resource safety,environmental protection and the organism’s management.With the fact that economic growth enters new constant state,geological survey is surely required to continually provide high grade,high-effect and multilayer’s service for economic and social development.This paper not only attempts to analyse the problem of geological survey at present,but also studies six factors of the scientific development affecting geological survey,including need factor,strategy plan,system mechanism, talented team,system guarantee and work achievement,finally puts forward some countermeasure and suggestion.
