科研型事业单位工作人员绩效评价探索

Research on staff performance evaluation in research institutions

绩效研究一直是事业单位研究领域的重点和难点。本文基于政府部门绩效管理的试点,在分析事业单位工作人员绩效评价现状的基础上,结合某试点科研事业单位的情况,利用关键指标法,构建了人力资源绩效评价指标体系,在单位内科研处室进行了绩效评价的实施应用。并结合实践效果,提出进一步完善绩效评价的建议。

Performance research is always the emphasis and difficulty in the research field of public institutions.Based on the pilot projects of government performance management,on the basis of staff performance evaluation status in public institutions,combined with a pilot project of scientific research institution,using the method of key indicators,this paper constructs the index system for staff performance evaluation,and is implemented and taken into practice in research sections of this institution.Combined with the practice effect,this paper proposes some suggestions for improving performance evaluation system.
