普朗铜矿位于迪庆高原,目前矿山处于基建期,为了更好的建设普朗铜矿,矿山提出了采用合同制采矿代替自营方式进行矿山开采的观点,文章在确定合同制采矿范围、设备购置及管理模式、采矿管理方式的情况下,分析了自营和合同制采矿的价格,并对两种方式进行了经济分析,论证了普朗铜矿合同制采矿在技术上可行、在经济上合理。

Pulang copper mine is located in the Diqing plateau.Mines currently are in construction phase.In order to better construction Pulang copper mine,mine is put forward the view of using contract mining instead of self-style mining.In the case of determining the scope of contract mining,equipment purchase and management,management of mining,the articleanalyze the self-employed and contract mining price.Then,two kinds of mining modes are economic analyzed.Pulang copper contract mining technically feasible and economically reasonable was proved.
