摘要
为了探索改变滤网的尺寸和形状对BOXA型X荧光品位分析仪测量结果的影响,通过试验研究了两种不同滤网的取样代表性。实验室结果表明:当滤网网格尺寸远大于矿浆粒度时,若矿浆以一定速度和角度冲击滤网平面,通过滤网的矿浆浓度有增加趋势,粒度、品位则不发生明显变化。由于BOXA型载流X荧光品位分析仪具有针对矿浆浓度的补偿功能,后续的工业试验表明:与无滤网情况相比,两种滤网的使用均不会对BOXA型载流X荧光品位分析仪的测量结果造成明显影响。因此,以这两种滤网网格的尺寸和形状为基础,进行滤网的结构改进是可行的。
Two different strainers’effect on sample representation is studied based on BOXA on-stream X-ray fluorescence analyzer.The lab result indicates that when the size of strainer grids is much larger than the size of mineral particles,if pulp hit the strainer surface at a certain velocity and a fixed angle,the concentration of leaked pulp increases while the granularity and grade are almost the same.As the BOXA analyzer provides a function for concentration compensation in measurement process,the commercial test result shows that the use of two strainers will not have more effect on the grade measurement data than the strainer is not fixed.So it is feasible to improve the strainer structure based on the size and shape of the two strainers.
