摘要
某金矿原矿金品位为1.94g/t,金元素主要赋存于自然金中,金属矿物以黄铁矿为主,脉石矿物主要为长石、石英等。现场原有工艺生产精矿金品位为45.20g/t,金回收率为87.31%。使用组合捕收剂异戊基黄药+BK903G对其进行试验研究,在55%-0.074mm的磨矿细度条件下,通过一粗、两精、两扫的选别流程,获得精矿金品位为82.86g/t,金回收率为93.19%。此外,使用尼尔森选矿机进行重-浮联合流程试验探索,同样获得较好指标。
The run-of-mine ore of gold is 1.94g/t,the gold mainly occurrence in native gold.Pyrite is the main metal ore.The gangue minerals mainly consist of quartz and feldspar.The original concentrate with the gold grade of 45.20g/t and the gold recovery of 87.31%were produced.In this paper,a combined collector agent of iso-amyl xanthate and BK903 G was used to replace the old one.By the circuit of one rougher,two cleaners and two scavengers,finally a concentrate with the gold grade of 82.86g/t and the gold recovery of 91.45%were produced.Using the Nelson concentrator,the gravity-flotation process were tested,we can gain a better indicator also.
