摘要
对蓄冰车在矿井中的放冷时间和放冷效果及其可行性进行研究。基于蓄冰球的蓄冰-融冰原理,将矿车通过设置内衬、保温层等结构改造成蓄冰车,在地下防空洞进行三组蓄冰车蓄冰-融冰循环试验,测试蓄冰车在模拟矿井环境下蓄冰时间和融冰放冷效果。试验结果表明,蓄冰车蓄满时间5.5~6h;在无旁通和加热,乙二醇泵满载运行工况下,防空洞温度在3h内可下降至26℃,持续时间较短;在持续热负荷、温度不超过26℃状态下,制冷时间3.5~4h,防空洞内降温效果明显。说明蓄冰车用于高温矿井降温是可行的。
To study the discharging time and discharging effectiveness and feasibility of the ice storage in mine environment.Based on the principle of ice-ice thawing,the mine car reform to ice storage tramcar by setting liner and insulating layer.To study the discharging time and discharging effectiveness and feasibility of the ice storage tramcar in mine environment,according to the test the discharging time and ice melting cooling effect storage ice by in the mine simulation environment in underground shelters to hold three groups of ice-ice thawing cycle test.The test results show that,Ice Storage tramcar need 5.5-6 hours to store ice;air raid shelter can be reduced to 26℃ in 3h,and the duration is short under the condition of no bypass、no heating and EG Pump full load running;when continued to heat load and thermal load is not more than26℃,refrigeration time is 3.5-4h and cooling effect of air raid shelter is obvious.
