我国石煤资源勘查开发利用现状及建议 被引量:17

Suggestions and current situation of exploration,development and utilization of stone-coal resources in China

摘要 我国石煤资源丰富,主要分布在长江中下游南方缺煤地区,全国石煤资源勘查开发工作程度较低,但石煤资源具有广阔的工业综合开发利用前景,其赋存特征对生态环境及其人体健康的影响不容忽视,建议应摸清全国石煤资源潜力家底,在全国层面系统开展资源调查评价工作,注意生态环境调查和监测,重视石煤共伴生矿产调查评价,适度开发石煤资源,促进我国石煤资源的有效综合利用和区域经济发展。 China has rich stone-coal resources.The stone-coal resources are mainly distributed in the Lower Yangtze Region of lacking coal provinces.There are broad prospects of industrial comprehensive development and utilization of the stone-coal resources,although the work degree of exploration and development is relatively low.The reflection of their occurrence characteristics on the environment and human health is indispensable.In this paper,we puts forward some suggestions.Firstly,the resource potential checkup work of stone-coal resources should be done.Secondly,investigation and evaluation of stone-coal resources should be carried out in current situation of exploration,development and utilization of stone-coal resources at the national level.We also need to pay attention to the investigation and monitoring of ecological environment,survey and evaluation of stone-coal associated minerals and their moderate exploitation to promote the comprehensive utilization of coal resources in China and regional economic development.
