Uranium resources potential and prospects for cooperation of "the Belt and Road"

摘要 能源资源领域合作是"一带一路"倡议的重要内容,也是区域经济合作的纽带。通过对"一带一路"沿线国家的铀资源分布、核能发展需求、铀矿业管理政策等进行分析,认为该区域不仅铀资源潜力巨大,也是未来核能增长最快的地区,具有广阔的合作前景。一是加强沿线国家的基础地质、核能全产业链合作,通过核能外交促进上游铀勘查开发合作;二是鼓励"走出去"企业国际化,加快与国际资本市场、矿产资源技术规则等融合;三是深化双边或多边合作方式,新落实一批份额矿和长期合同,为我国核电长期发展提供充足铀原料保障。 Energy cooperation is a major task in the Belt and Road Initiative.Based on analysis uranium resources distribution,nuclear power development trends,uranium mining law and management policy with countries along the Belt and Road,it was clear that there was broad potential for the cooperation in the field of uranium mining industry,where these region owned huge potential of uranium resources without development.It was suggested that china should strengthen the cooperation in the whole nuclear industry chain through nuclear diplomacy with countries along the Belt and Road,through the integration of the downstream nuclear industry to promote the upstream natural uranium cooperation,and through the integration of international capital,Mining technical rules and standards for overseas-oriented Chinese companies,deepen bilateral or multilateral's uranium resources joint development mechanism,carried out a new batch of extra share of uranium assets and uranium long-term contracts.The purpose was to establish adequate uranium reserves for ensuring the long-term development of nuclear industry in China.
