摘要
绩效考核是国有地勘单位一项综合管理制度。内蒙古地勘单位改革后,实施"一套人马、两块牌子"的事企运行体系,针对改革后兼有国有企业的经营管理机制,国土资源厅实施对地勘单位进行考核的管理模式。由于内蒙古地勘企业运行体系的特殊性,地勘系统的绩效考核评价也在不断修改和完善,本文通过总结地勘企业历年的考核经验,结合目前的地勘企业绩效考核方案,对内蒙古地勘企业绩效考核评价进行整体研究,从内蒙古地勘企业的实际出发,采用财务指标与非财务指标相结合,严格选取绩效考核指标,将经营目标指标与修正指标相结合,建立了完善的考核指标体系,使得考核制度更系统完整的体现地勘企业的经营状况、发展潜力;最后,为了保障地勘企业绩效考核顺利实施,提出了绩效考核实施的保障措施。
