本文主要介绍并分析了地质调查项目库建设的基础现状,围绕适应国家部门预算改革、建立科学编制预算、严格执行预算、强化预算执行考核的预算管理体系、优化地质调查预算财务管理进行了思考并提出了若干建议。

This paper mainly introduces and analyzes the base of the construction of database of geological survey project,around the adapted state department budget reform,establish the scientific budgeting,applied strictly implementation of the budget,strengthen the budget for the implementation of the assessment of the budget management system,optimize the geological survey of financial budget management and puts forward some suggestions.
