我国采矿业公司上市融资的制度缺失与完善

Institutional deficiency and its perfection of mining extraction companies listing in China

采矿业公司资本市场上市融资的顺利实现对采矿业乃至整个高端制造业的健康发展具有非常重要的意义。本文对我国采矿业公司在资本市场融资现状进行了实证分析,并分析我国采矿业公司在资本市场市融资存在制度性缺失。为此,建议在资本市场的改革中,针对矿权的特殊资源属性,增加采矿业公司上市的专门标准,并通过矿权制度、土地制度等方面系统性的改革,促进采矿业公司在资本市场直接融资的健康发展。

Listing of the mining extraction companies is of vital importance to the healthy development of mining industry and even high-end manufacturing industry.Through the empirical analysis of the existing condition of the mining extraction companies financing in capital market,it is found that there are many institutional deficienciesfor the direct financing of the mining extraction company in capital market.Thus it is suggested that reforms shall be conducted to promote the healthy development of direct financing of the mining extraction companies,such as special standard regarding the mining extraction companies shall be set,mining rights and lands use right shall be optimized.
