基于水资源禀赋的煤制油气产业布局分析

Analysis on the distribution of coal to oil and gas industry based on water resource endowment

水资源是煤制油气产业布局的各种要素中的最重要一项。本文从典型省区煤炭资源与水资源的分布特点出发,根据水资源的丰富程度,归纳出三种煤炭与水资源之间关系的分类,并对每一种类型的特点进行分析,提出应该如何根据水资源状况进行煤制油气产业布局,并对当前部分地区煤制油气产业规划的合理性进行了探究。在最后对中国未来煤制油气产业的数量和布局进行了初步设想。

For the disputes of coal to liquid(CTL) and coal to gas(CTG) industrial coal and water consumption,this study analyzes the influence factors in CTL & CTG industrial layouts,which is based on the distribution of water resources and coal resources in two typical CTL & CTG province——the Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang.It reveals that distributions and endowments of water resources play an important role in CTL & CTG industrial layouts,even restrict them to some extent.According to the distributions of coal resources and water resources in China,layouts of the CTL & CTG industrial cluster in this country is predicted at the end of this article.
