新形势下,经济社会发展对基础地质、矿产资源和能源调查、地质灾害防治、海洋地质等需求不断发生新变化,地质调查工作呈现了内涵、服务领域不断拓展的新局面,为有效应对新形势新要求,本文提出要统筹考虑地质调查业务布局,整合业务能力和成果,提高地质调查成果的综合效能,同时,要通过统筹科技体制、人才和成果评价等制度改革,有力地为地质调查事业发展提供支撑保障。

Under the new situation,economic and social development needs of basic geology,mineral and energy resources survey,geological disaster prevention,marine geology and other new changes continue to occur,geological survey presented connotation,a new situation in the service sector continued to expand in order to effectively deal with the new situation new requirements,we propose to give overall consideration to geological survey business layout,integrated business ability and achievement to improve the overall effectiveness of the geological results of the survey,at the same time,through the reform of the system overall scientific and technological system,personnel and outcome evaluation,strong geological survey development provide support guarantee.
