摘要
矿浆浓度是选矿流程中重要的判断依据和参考指标。本文设计了一种载流式的称重法浓度计,并配合使用北京矿冶研究总院与加拿大H&S合作开发的取样器解决了取样的代表性与可靠性问题,浓度计执行机构简单可靠,故障率低,并进行了中试线实验,测量精度优于2%,测量原理与浓度壶法相同,工业现场更易接受,适合大范围推广应用。
Pulp concentration is an important judgment basis and reference in mineral processing.This paper designs an online weighting method concentration meter.It's sampler designed by BGRIMM and Canada H & S Ltd.and have solved the problem of representative and reliability of sampling.Actuators of concentration simple and reliable and low failure rate,Through the pilot line test,it's measurement accuracy better than 2%.The measuring principle is same as concentration pot method,so the industrial field more easy to accept and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
