摘要
膜片是载流X荧光品位分析仪中的重要损耗件,需定期更换。手动更换膜片维护工作量大,可靠性不高。为了提升品位分析仪的性能,本文研制了膜片自动更换装置。装置可在程序控制下,基于对各执行元器件的状态检测,驱动机械结构完成指定的流程和动作,将预制膜片逐个推送至矿浆容器口进行自动密封。装置的样机依托矿浆试验平台进行了可靠性和功能测试。测试结果表明,该膜片自动更换装置具有较高的可靠性,各项性能指标达到设计要求,已具备产品化条件。
Window film is an important wearing parts in X-ray fluorescence analyzer.It needs to be replaced periodically.Changing the window manually leads to large maintenance workload and low reliability.An automatic window change device is invented to improve performance.Under program control,the device is operated pneumatically and mechanically for pushing precast window film in place and sealing the flow cell.The model machine has passed the function and reliability tests based on slurry test site of XRF analyzer.The results show that the automatic window change device is stable and reliable,and the performance meets the design requirements.
