Strategic analysis of exploration and development of deepwater oilfields in international oil companies

目前深海石油勘探开发已被纳入世界各大石油公司的重要发展战略,基于中国石油公司与国际石油公司在深海勘探开发项目运行管理方面还存在较大差距的现状,分析了国际油公司深海油田勘探开发项目开发策略,总结了深海勘探开发项目管理的指导原则,将对深海勘探开发项目的管理运营起到一定的指导作用。

Nowadays the exploration and development of deepwater oilfields have been incorporated into the important development strategy of international oil companies.On account of the fact that oil companies in China still have a large gap with international oil companies in the management of exploration and production projects of deepwater oilfields,this paper analyzed the development strategy of exploration and development project in deepwater oil field of international oil companies,summarized the guiding principle of exploration and development projects of the deepwater oilfields,and will play aguiding role for the management of exploration and development projects of the deepwater oilfields.
