摘要
本文针对满井条件下影响溜井封堵的关键因素溜井封堵压力进行了探讨分析,并在杏山铁矿的主溜井封堵结构中进行了工程应用。分析结果表明,Janssen公式法、规范推荐法、日本溜井委员会推荐法及《采矿技术手册》推荐法计算结果相当。以此为依据,在杏山铁矿主溜井封堵工程中制定了以跟管钻进-可控注浆-预应力锚索为整体技术的大垮塌溜井封堵结构体系,监测结果显示封堵结构稳定。研究结果和工程实践能够为类似条件下的溜井封堵结构设计和施工提供参考。
Blocking pressure of transportation shaft is discussed which is the key factor influencing blocking engineering of full transportation shaft and its results are applied to the blocking structure of main transportation shaft in Xingshan iron mine.The analysis results show that calculation of Janssen formulas is quite to the calculations of standard recommended method,recommended method of Japan Transportation Shaft Committee and recommended method of'Mining Technical Manual'.On this basis,aiming at the blocking engineering of main transportation shaft in Xingshan iron mine,blocking structure system of large collapse transportation shaft is drawn up based on overall technique of casing drilling,controled grouting and prestressed anchor cable.The monitoring results show that the blocking structure is stable.The research results and engineering practice could provide reference for the design and construction of blocking structure of transportation shaft with similar conditions.
