摘要
内蒙古某银锌矿为含低品位铅锌的硫化银矿石,其中银品位为151.1g/t,铅、锌品位分别为0.27%和0.56%,硫含量为1.30%,鉴于矿石中铅品位比较低,难以单独富集为铅精矿,采用原矿优先选银(铅)→选银(铅)尾矿锌硫混选→锌硫分离工艺进行试验,最终可以获得银品位为9848.81g/t、铅品位为17.41%,银、铅回收率分别为85.40%和88.46%的银精矿,其中锌含量为4.00%、硫含量为34.77%;可以获得锌品位50.95%,锌回收率为66.71%的锌精矿,其中银、铅和硫的含量分别为801.41g/t、0.44%和33.25%。试验指标比较理想。
Some silver-zinc ore in Inner Mongolia is a kind of silver sulfide ore with low grade lead and zinc,in which the grade of silver is 151.1g/t and lead and zinc are 0.27% and 0.56% respectively,in the meanwhile sulfur content is 1.30%.In view of low lead in the ore,it is difficult to separate lead into the concentrate.Technology flowsheet that silver and lead are recovered by selective floatation then zinc and sulfur recovered from tailings of silver and lead by bulk floatation and finally zinc is separated from sulfur is used.Silver concentrate with Ag-grade of 9848.81g/t,Pb-grade of 17.41%,Ag-recovery of 85.40%,Pbrecovery of 88.46%,zinc-content 4.00%,sulfur content 34.77% and zinc concentrate with Zn-grade of50.95%,Zn-recovery of 66.71%,Ag-content of 801.41g/t,Pb-content 0.44%,sulfur content 33.25%can be obtained.The index is ideal.
