摘要
为了深入研究立轴冲击式破碎机转子的磨损机制,将离散元仿真方法与表面磨损理论有效融合,以Archard模型及Rabinowiciz模型作为表面磨损计算模型嵌入离散元仿真程序EDEM中,建立了立轴破转子磨损仿真模型。通过分析不同工况下耐磨件的磨损形式及磨损量的特征,获得了各耐磨件的主要磨损特性及部分影响因素的作用机制。利用所述规律,可针对转子耐磨性能提升及耐磨材料的有效利用的改进设计提出指导性意见。
To better understand the wear mechanism of vertical shaft impact crusher rotor,discrete element method and surface wear theory have been merged in this work.Archard wear model and Rabinowciz wear model have been embedded in discrete element simulation program-EDEM to build the analysis model of rotor wear.The wear characteristics of crucial parts in rotor and influence law of some factors have been achieved by analyzing wear form and rate in different analysis cases.These conclusions are important for designer to improve wear resistance of rotor and utilization of material.
