中国煤层气产业发展现状及趋势分析

Analysis of the development situation and the trend of coalbed methane industry in China

随着经济社会的发展和环保意识的增强,我国以煤炭为主的传统能源结构难以适应时代的发展,清洁能源消费比重将会进一步加大,以煤层气为主的非常规天然气面临着十分重要的发展机遇。本文通过在分析大量行业数据、梳理国家相关政策演化、对比美国产业发展阶段的基础上,剖析我国煤层气产业发展现状,判断未来发展趋势,并总结行业面临的主要问题;本文发现我国煤层气是我国最具潜力的非常规天然气资源,具有十分巨大的开发前景,当前我国煤层气产业正处于快速发展的起点;本文最后指出了现阶段我国煤层气产业存在矿业权重叠、勘探开发技术有待提高、投资环境需改善等主要问题;提出了健全服务体系的建议。

With the development of economy and society and the enhancement of public awareness of environmental protection,the traditional energy structure based on coal is difficult to adapt to the development of the times.The proportion of clean energy consumption will being creased,so the unconventional natural gas dominated by coal-bed methane will be faced with very important opportunities for development.This paper analyzes a large number of industry data and evolution of relevant state policies,and compares the stages of American industry development.On this basis,it analyzes the current situation of coalbed methane industry in China,judges the future development trend,and summarizes the main problems faced by the industry.It is found that coalbed methane is the most potential unconventional natural gas resource in China.At present,China's coalbed methane industry is in the beginning of rapid development.At tlast,the paper points out the main problems of coal mining industry in China,such as overlapping of mining rights,improvement of exploration and development technology,improvement of investment environment,and improvement of service system in industry.
