There are many problems for the implementation of financial budget management with the national increasing financial investment for geological investigation and more strict supervision system.Illustrating the common problems of financial budget implementation and supervision in the geological institution and organization and deep analyzing the reason causing problems,the authors put forward many effective measures for strengthening financial management including establishing financial systems,exploring budget reform,strengthening budget implementation and supervision,practicing responsibility,sharing asset and strengthening budget performance management.
