安徽某金矿山全尾砂絮凝沉降试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 根据即将投入使用的黄狮涝尾矿库尾砂的物理化学性质,选择了阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)作为全尾砂沉淀的絮凝剂,研究了不同浓度的全尾砂浆体在不同絮凝剂用量条件下的沉降特性。结果表明:由于尾砂中的极细颗粒含量较多,在未使用絮凝的情况下尾砂沉降缓慢;阴离子聚丙烯酰胺作为絮凝剂能显著提高尾矿的沉降速度,效果佳;当砂浆浓度为15%~20%、絮凝剂的使用量为15~20g/t时,尾砂絮凝沉降速度与饱和浓度两个参数均处于较高水平,且从经济上较合理。 According to the physico-chemical property of tailings in Huang Shilao tailings pond which will be put into using,the APAM was chosen as the flocculant of the unclassified tailings settling,the sedimentation characteristics of unclassified tailings in different concentrations with different dosage of the flocculating were carried on.It turned out that,because the very fine particle were contained too much in milltailings,the settlement of backfilling is very slow in the case of not using flocculation;APAM can increase the tailings flocculating settling velocity significantly,the effect is better.When the concentration of mortar is 15%~20%,and the usage of flocculants is 15~20g/t,the sedimentation velocity and saturation concentration are at high levels,and it will be more reasonable in economy.
