摘要
某低品位铜钼矿含铜0.38%,含钼0.013%,矿石铜、钼品位均较低,难以获得理想的选矿指标,资源未能得到有效利用。以BK304为捕收剂,采用"铜钼混选-铜钼分离"工艺流程,闭路试验可获得钼精矿含钼41.63%,钼回收率70.71%,铜精矿含铜24.14%,铜回收率83.98%;以丁黄为捕收剂,采用"二粗二扫,粗精矿再磨后三次精选"的强化选铜工艺流程,闭路试验可获得铜钼混合精矿,含铜23.30%,钼0.73%,铜回收率为86.96%,钼回收率为77.34%。
A low-grade copper-molybdenum ore only contains 0.38% Cu and 0.013% Mo,the valuable minerals are difficult to get effective use.Use BK304 as collecting agent,through the process of 'copper molybdenum mixed flotation-copper molybdenum separation',finally molybdenum concentrate grading41.63% Mo with recovery of 70.71%and copper concentrate grading 24.14% Cu with recovery of 83.98%are obtained by the small-scale closed-circuit test.Use butyl xanthate as collecting agent,via'two roughingtwo scavenging,and three cleaning after regrinding the rough concentrate'flotation process,finally coppermolybdenum bulk concentrate grading 23.30% Cu with recovery of 86.96% and grading 0.73% Mo with recovery of 77.34% was obtained by the small-scale closed-circuit test.
