摘要
SOQUEM勘查基金是加拿大魁北克省为推动本省风险勘查市场、保证矿业持续发展的一项重要举措。SOQUEM勘查基金秉持"勘查、发现和开发魁北克的矿产资源"的原则,通过基金的资本和资源撬动私营矿业公司在魁北克的矿业开发,是魁北克不可或缺的政府资源,对魁北克采矿业发挥了重要作用。本文从SOQUEM勘查基金发展历程、管理层构成、合作勘查方式、投资回收方式等方面梳理总结其特点和经验,对我国地勘基金下一步的发展创新有一定的借鉴和参考意义。
