摘要
触变性是膏体复杂的流变特性,直接影响膏体料浆的管道输送阻力,主要与流动速度、流动时间和浆体静置时间相关。为研究某铜矿全尾膏体料浆在长距离泵送过程中的触变特性,本文通过设计开展环管模拟试验、流变理论分析,研究了流动速度、流动时间、停泵时间等触变性影响指标对膏体输送阻力损失的影响规律。结果表明:阻力损失与流动时间成反比并最终趋于稳定,达到稳定状态的时间与浆体流量成反比;在低流速时,阻力损失与流速成正比,并随着流速的增大逐渐趋于线性增长;重启时的出口压力与停泵时间成正比,且停泵时间不宜超过4h,以免造成堵管。研究成果对泵送膏体的工业应用具有一定的指导作用。
Thixotropy is a complex rheological property of paste,it will directly affect the pipeline resistance of paste slurry with the flow velocity,flow time and slurry static time related.In order to study the influence of thixotropy on resistance loss in long pipeline transportation of unclassified tailings paste slurry from a copper mine,in this paper,we carried out the influence of flow rate,flow time and static time on the resistance loss of paste slurry transportation through round-pipe-test and the theoretical analysis of rheological theory.Firstly,the resistance loss of paste slurry decreased gradually along with the prolonging time of flow,and finally tended to be stable,the time to reach to stable was inversely proportional to the slurry flow.Secondly,at low flow velocity,the resistance was proportional to the velocity,and trended to linear increase with the increase of the velocity.Thirdly,the exit pressure was proportional to the time of pump off,and the time should not be more than 4 hin order to avoid the pipe blockage.
