小王山采区爆破振动对东川岭厂区影响安全论证分析 被引量:7

摘要 为掌握小王山采区爆破振动对东川岭厂区影响,开展了爆破振动现场监测工作,通过回归分析得到了东川岭厂区方向的爆破振动传播规律;经论证分析表明,当矿山爆破最大段装药量控制在368kg以内时,不会对东川岭厂区光气装置及建(构)筑物造成损害;矿山爆破最大总装药量应控制在2.2~3.2t以内,最小微差间隔时间不小于50ms。同时,建议东川岭厂区做好生产设备设施的安全检查工作,以保护东川岭厂区的安全。 In order to master the influence of blasting vibration on Dongchuanling plant area in Xiaowangshan mine,the field monitoring of blasting vibration was carried out.The propagation law of blasting vibration in Dongchuanling plant area was obtained by regression analysis.The demonstration analysis showed that when the maximum burst charge of the mine was controlled within 368 kg,it would not damage the phosgene and the building in the Dongchuanling plant.The total amount of explosives of mine blasting should be controlled within 2.2~3.2 t,the minimum difference time not less than 50 ms.At the same time,it is recommended that the plant should do a good safety inspection job in the production equipment.
