本文对特种设备安全状况进行分析,为实现从源头降低事故隐患、预防事故发生,根据事故因果连锁模型提出了最有效的方法是弥补"人的缺点",并且给出了相关的措施建议。

This document analyzed the safety conditions of special equipment in order to reduce accident risk from the source and to prevent them from happening, and also proposed the most effective method of making up“human defect” with relevant measures and suggestions based on the Accident Causation Sequence Model.
