摘要
随着对环保要求的日益提高以及煤粉锅炉向大容量高参数发展,超临界电厂燃煤锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀现象的发生日趋频繁,有的甚至已经影响到锅炉运行的安全性与经济性。本文对某电厂超临界锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀进行了系统分析,论述了水冷壁高温腐蚀的类型以及形成机理,分析了影响高温腐蚀的各种因素,其研究结果可为预防电站锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀提供指导作用。
With the increasing environmental requirements and the development of large capacity and high parameters of coal boiler, water wall high temperature corrosion of supercritical coal-feed boiler is becoming more frequent, some have affected the boiler operation safety and economy. In this paper, water wall high temperature corrosion of a power plant supercritical boiler is systematically analyzed, types of corrosion and the formation mechanism are discussed, and various factors affecting the high temperature corrosion are analyzed. The research results can provide guidance for the prevention of high temperature corrosion in water wall of power plant boiler.
