水套炉走油盘管泄漏失效原因分析

Failure Analysis of Oil Coil Leak in Water Jacket Heater

通过对水套炉爆破事故基本事实了解的基础上,结合宏观观察、现场密封试验、母材及焊缝金相组织分析、泄漏点截面金相和扫描显微观察等结果,对泄漏原因进行分析,描述泄漏通道,得到水套炉走油盘管泄漏的失效原因。

Based on the basic facts understand of burst in water jacket heater, several experimental methods were carried out, including macroscopic observation, local seal test, optical metallographic microstructure analysis of base metal and the welds, microscopic observation of leak section via scanning electron microscope (SEM), etc. At last, the cause of leak failure was revealed by leakage passage description and analysis of the leakage reason.
