摘要
本文着重分析了电站锅炉汽包再循环管口附近汽包母材表面数条辐射状裂纹成因,及处理措施。在市特种设备监察机构监督指导下,在全市范围内组织电站锅炉使用单位开展电站锅炉专项检查工作,并提出相应解决方案。
The article mainly analyzes the reasons of radial cracks on the surface of the pipe orifice of parent metal recirculation pipeline of power station boilers drum and their treatment measures. Under the guidance and supervision of the city special equipment supervisory institution, the users of power station boilers will be organized to carry out the special inspection of power station boilers within the whole city. And the corresponding measures are put forward in this paper.
