电梯制动试验,对验证电梯的制动性能,预防电梯冲顶、蹲底及轿厢意外移动的发生,具有十分重要的作用。本文通过对电梯制动试验准备、试验过程、试验安全防护三个方面进行探讨,提出了降低试验风险、提高试验效率的具体措施,希望给电梯相关从业单位及从业人员提供参考。

The brake test of elevator is very important for verifying the braking performance of elevator and preventing elevator from moving to the top, crouching bottom and car accidental movement. This paper discusses three aspects of elevator brake test including test preparation, test process and test safety protection, and puts forward concrete measures to reduce test risk and improve test efficiency, in order to provide reference for elevator related organization and practitioners.
