浅谈电动单梁起重机检验中的部分难点和解决措施

Discussion on Some Difficulties and Solutions in the Inspection of Electric Single Beam Crane

电动单梁起重机在工厂企业中被广泛使用,发生事故的概率较大,所以日常保养、维修和检验显得尤为重要。由于部分电动单梁起重机使用现场环境恶劣,噪音大,无检修平台等条件的限制,导致检查或者检验人员不方便或者无法检查电动单梁起重机的部分项目,给设备安全留下隐患。本文主要从特种设备检验人员的角度,浅谈电动单梁起重机检验中的遇到的部分难点,并从电动单梁起重机的生产单位,使用单位,检验机构等三个方面提出解决措施。

Electric single-beam crane is widely used in factories and enterprises, and the probability of accident is large. Therefore, its daily maintenance, repairmen and inspection is particularly important. Some electric single beam cranes due to the restrictions, such as the poor environment, loud noise, without maintenance platform and so on, Inspector is inconvenient or unable to inspect some items of electric single-beam crane, leaving hidden danger to equipment safety. This paper mainly discusses some difficulties encountered in the inspection of electric singlebeam cranes from the perspective of special equipment inspector, and puts forward solutions from three aspects: the production unit, the use unit, and the inspection mechanism of electric single-beam crane.
