摘要
通过对容积为1000m^3的某缓冲气体球罐进行在线声发射检测,通过综合分析其在升压和保压过程中的裂纹声发射信号特征,并利用诸如TOFD、UT等无损检测方法进行复验,确定缺陷的类型和几何尺寸,并结合对缺陷形成原因的推理,最终完成对球罐的安全评价。
An acoustic emission inspection for a 1000 m3 Spherical tank is carried out. The characteristics and sources of crack acoustic emission signal in pressure rising and maintaining process are analyzed. Using nondestructive testing methods such as TOFD and UT, the type and geometry size of the defects were determined, and the reason for the defect formation was combined. Finally, the safe evaluation of the spherical tank was completed.
