摘要
本文针对某大高径比塔设备风致振动造成的下封头与裙座开裂问题进行了失效分析研究,并提出了预防改善措施。通过成分分析、金相观察、扫描电镜断口分析、设计校核及疲劳强度校核等手段,从失效驱动力和抗力两方面分析了该塔在横风向载荷作用下振动失效的主要原因。根据本文所提出的改善措施,该塔在后续使用过程中再无振动过大现象出现,有效降低了高塔设备的风振失效风险。
In this paper, the failure analysis and study on the crack of bottom head and skirt caused by wind induced vibration of a large ratio of height to diameter column are carried out. In addition, the ways of prevention and improvement are proposed. Using composition analysis, metallographic observation, SEM fracture analysis, design and fatigue analysis methods, the main causes of the tower failure under transverse wind are analyzed from two aspects of failure drive and resistance capability. According to the improvement methods proposed in this paper, large vibration is eliminated in the future service life, by which the risk of wind vibration is effectively reduced.
