塔式起重机螺栓疲劳断裂分析

摘要 结合某塔式起重机螺栓断裂实例,对螺栓断口、化学成分及螺栓硬度等进行分析。结果表明:螺栓热处理工艺不合理,螺栓表面脱碳、整体硬度不符合使用要求,会导致起重机螺栓发生疲劳断裂。 According to the example of bolt fracture of a tower crane,the bolt fracture,chemical composition and bolt hardness are analyzed.The results show that the heat treatment technology of bolts is not reasonable,the surface of bolts is decarbonized,and the overall hardness is not in accordance with the requirements of use,which will lead to fatigue fracture of crane bolts.
