摘要
对国外某制造厂按ASME Sec.ⅧDiv.Ⅰ制造的6台进口压力容器进行了到岸的安全性能监督检验,在对焊接接头的无损检测抽查中发现了纵焊缝裂纹和环焊缝未焊透,进行了原因分析,对进口压力容器监督检验的方式和内容提出了建议。
Safety performance of six imported pressure vessels manufactured by a foreign manufacturer in accordance with ASME Sec. VIII Div. I were supervision inspected when they are arrived at the port. The cracks on longitudinal weld and incomplete penetration defects on circumferential weld were found in the spot NDT of butt joint.The reasons of the defects were analyzed. Suggestions on methods and contents of supervision inspection for imported pressure vessels were put forward.
