一种用于石化行业的多通道气体检测仪设计

Design of a Multichannel Gas Detector for the Petrochemical Industry

针对石化装置事故现场有毒有害气体多、浓度信息难以掌握的特点,提出了一种用于石化行业多气体浓度检测的检测仪。基于Arm+Linux的嵌入式平台,设计了气体检测仪的硬件电路和软件程序,用气体标准物质对气体检测仪进行了实验测试。结果表明,气体检测仪测量精度符合国家标准要求,在石化行业日常巡检和石化装置事故现场气体检测中具有较高应用价值。

Aiming at the characteristics of toxic and harmful gases and difficulty to grasp the concentration information in accident site of petrochemical plants,a detector for multi-gas concentration detection in petrochemical industry was proposed.Based on the embedded platform of Arm+Linux,the hardware circuit and software program of the gas detector were designed,the gas detector was tested by Standard Gases.The results show that the measurement accuracy of the gas detector meets the requirements of national standards,and it has high value in daily inspection of petrochemical industry and gas detection in petrochemical plant accident sites.
