摘要
本文详细分析了电梯轿厢意外移动的过程,研究了标准和型规对电梯轿厢意外移动保护装置的要求,并对多个电梯术语进行了阐述。同时,结合检规对电梯轿厢意外移动保护装置的检验要求,分析了日常检验工作中存在的问题,并从检验基准值的确定、检验项目设置的合理性,以及检验结果的有效性三个方面提出了建设性意见。
This paper analyzes the process of unintended car movement after studying the requirements of unintended car movement protection device(UCMP)from GB 7588—2003+XG1 and TSG T7007—2016,and elaborated several elevator terms.Meanwhile,according to the inspection requirements of TSG T7001—2009+XG2,the problems in the daily inspection work are analyzed.Finally,the author puts forward constructive suggestions in terms of setting of reference value,rationality of inspection items and validity of inspection result.
