摘要
通过典型质量问题分析了核电工程关键部位、长周期施工物项在焊接过程中容易出现质量问题的原因,提出了注重施工方案编制,以焊缝布置图及焊口位置图为主线,实行技术文件标准加深理解、严格工艺纪律施工和专项监理规划控制、严格安全技术交底和施工技术先决条件再确认,加强设计管理的质量控制,经验反馈措施,可促进工程中类似长周期施工物项的焊接管理技术,从而减少焊接质量缺陷,保证工程质量。
Based on typical quality problems,this paper analyses the causes of quality problems in the welding process of key parts and long-term construction items of nuclear power projects,and puts forward that we should pay more attention to the compilation of construction schemes,with the weld joint layout and weld location chart as the main line,which the technical documents standard should be digested again,strict process discipline construction and special supervision planning control,strict safety technology handover and construction technology.Further confirmation of the preconditions,strengthening the quality control of design management and experience feedback measures can promote the welding management technology of similar long-term construction items in the project,thus can reduce the welding quality defects and ensuring the quality of the project.
