摘要
升降横移类是机械式停车设备中最常见一个品种。通常情况下是每块上层车板配备一个起升电机,即一机一板。本文通过事故案例分析指出当前一机一板常见结构形式存在的安全隐患,介绍一种一机多板的形式,即多个上层车板共用一个电机实现升降运动的结构形式组成及工作原理,并对比分析了该形式的优点。
Lift-sliding mechanical parking equipment is one of the most common types of mechanical parking equipment.It uses the lifting and transverse movement of the board to achieve vehicle access.Usually each upper board is equipped with a motor,known as each board one motor.Through a case study,this paper points out the potential safety hazards existing in the common structural forms of each board one motor.It introduces a form of multiple board one motor,which multiple upper boards share one motor to realize lifting motion.Finally,it analyses its composition and working principleand points out some advantages of this form.
