摘要 目的探讨景观疗养对高血压疗养员血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响,评价景观疗养对高血压疗养员的康复效果。方法对91例高血压疗养员采取景观疗养因子干预,观察疗养前后其血压、血脂及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的变化。结果经景观疗养因子干预10 d后,疗养员收缩压、血脂及血浆同型半胱氨酸水平均显著下降(P<0.05)。结论景观疗养可有效控制高血压疗养员的血压,并降低血脂、血浆Hcy水平。 Objective To study the influence of landscape convalescence on plasm a hom ocysteine level in convalescents w ith hyperten-sion .Methods 91convalescents w ith hypertension w ere treated w ith landscape convalescent factors.The changes of blood pressure,blood lipid,and plasm a hom ocysteine w ere detected before and after landscape convalescence.Results A fter 10 days of landscape convalescent factor intervention,the systolic pressure,blood lipid,and plasm a hom ocysteine of the convalescents decreased significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion L andscape convalescence can effectively control blood pressure and reduce blood lipid and plasm a hom ocysteine in convales-cents w ith hypertension .
