部队疗养院非军人护士职业环境现状的调查分析及对策

Diagnoses and countermeasures of the occupational environment status for unsoldierly nurses at military sanatorium

目的探讨部队疗养院非军人护士对护理职业环境的认可度以及根据调查的结果对现存问题提出相应的建议与方案。方法运用盖洛普Q12问卷调查表对本院所有的非军人护士进行问卷调查和评估护理职业环境。结果 104名护士对Q12问卷的4个维度的得分由高到低分别是基本需求、团队合作、领导支持、自我成长。结论护理管理者应为非军人护士营造一个积极、高效的工作环境,提升她们自我价值的实现,提高疗养护理的质量。

Objective To evaluate the recognition degree of occupational environm ent for unsoldierly nurses at m ilitary sanatorium and propose and m ake corresponding recom m endations and counterm easures for current problem s.Methods G allup Q 12 questionnaire w as adopt-ed to conduct questionnaire survey and evaluate occupational environm ent status am ong the unsoldierly nurses at our sanatorium .Re-sults The scores of four dim ensions of G allup Q 12 questionnaire from 104 nurses ranking from high to low w ere respectively basic needs, team w ork ,support from m anagem ent,and self im provem ent.Conclusion N rsing m anagers should create a positive and effective w orking environm ent for unsoldierly nurses,w hich w ould help them fulfill their self-w orth and eventually im prove nursing quality.
