舰载机飞行员罹患颈椎疾病的因素及康复治疗的研究

Research into causing factors and rehabilitation treatment of cervical vertebrae diseases among shipboard aircraft pilots

目的研究舰载机飞行员罹患颈椎疾病的因素,并制定相应康复治疗方案与措施。方法从飞行环境、航母生活条件、航母甲板平台及舰载机装备等方面分析舰载机飞行员职业特点,研究其颈椎相关致伤因素,针对性制定科学的康复治疗对策与措施。结果舰载机飞行员与陆基飞行员相比,其致伤因素具有特殊性。结论科学合理的康复疗养措施、药物治疗以及适当、适时的心理评价、干预,不仅能使舰载机飞行员早日消除颈椎疾病的痛苦,也能使其及时恢复良好的工作状态,保证战斗力的形成。

Objective To study the causing factors of cervical vertebrae diseases among shipboard aircraft pilots and formulate corresponding rehabilitation treatment measures. Methods The professional characteristics of shipboard aircraft pilots were analyzed from the aspects of flight environment,living conditions on aircraft carrier,deck board on aircraft carrier and shipboard aircraft equipment,so as to study the causing factors of cervical vertebrae diseases,and to formulate purposefully rehabilitation treatment strategy and measures. Results The causing factors of cervical vertebrae diseases among shipboard aircraft pilots bear particularity compared with the ground-based pilots. Conclusion Scientific and reasonable rehabilitation treatment measures,drug therapy and appropriate and timely psychological assessment and intervention can not only eliminate quickly the pain of cervical vertebrae diseases among shipboard aircraft pilots,but also make them recover the good work state and guarantee the combat effectiveness.
