显微修复手术对腘动脉损伤患者的临床疗效分析

Clinical curative effect analysis of microsurgery repair in sufferers with popliteal artery injury

目的研究显微修复手术对腘动脉损伤病患的临床治疗效果。方法选择2011-04—2013-09在辽阳市中心医院接受治疗的腘动脉损伤病患122例,以数字法随机分为观察组和对照组各61例。观察组采用显微修复手术治疗,对照组采用常规手术治疗。对比两组治疗结果以及并发症。结果观察组肢体功能评定优良率为63.93%(39/61),显著高于对照组的44.26%(27/61)。观察组缺血时间、术后随访时间均显著低于对照组,而血管通畅率高于对照组。观察组出现缺血肌挛缩等并发症总计14.75%(9/61),显著低于对照组的31.15%(19/61)。两组治疗前收缩压和血清肌酸激酶(CK)水平对比无差异,在分别治疗后观察组收缩压以及CK水平均显著低于对照组。结论采用显微修复手术治疗腘动脉损伤病患具有较好的修复效果,可减少治疗后的并发症,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of microsurgery repair in sufferers with popliteal artery injury.Methods 122 cases with popliteal artery injury treated at Liaoyang Central Hospital from April 2011 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 61 cases in each group.The observation group were given microsurgery repair treatment while the control group were given regular operation treatment.The treatment outcome and complication in both groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of limb function evaluation in the observation group was 63.93%(39/61),which was clearly higher than 44.26%(27/61) in the control group.The ischemic time and post-operation follow-up visit time in the observation group were clearly lower than those in the control group,while the vascular patency rate was higher than that in the control group.The complication occurrence rate of ischemic contracture in the observation group was 14.75%(9/61),which was clearly lower than 31.15%(19/61) in the control group.Before treatment,there was not difference of systolic pressure and serum creatine kinase(CK) level in the observation group and the control group,while after treatment,systolic pressure and serum creatine kinase(CK) level in the observation group were clearly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion Microsurgery repair treatment for sufferers with popliteal artery injury shows good repair effect,which can reduce post-treatment complications and bears high clinical application value.
