目的远程健康管理模式对高血压及代谢指标的影响。方法选取2014-03—2015-07确诊的原发性高血压病患者,将符合条件的400例患者纳入本次随访研究,随机分为干预组(远程血压管理)和对照组(常规血压管理),于入选时及研究的6个月、12个月进行随访。随访时测身高、体质量、腰臀围、血压、空腹血糖及血脂,期间干预组远程监测患者血压,进行生活方式干预。结果在随访12个月后,两组组间体质量指数、收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组在健康行为改善,高血压健康知识知晓率,控制率及达标率方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论远程健康管理能显著提高健康知识知晓率,改善不良的生活方式和遵医行为,降低心血管危险因素,提高血压的治疗率和控制率,在血压控制及预防心血管事件方面具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To explore the influence of remote health management model on hypertension and metabolic markers. Methods 400 sufferers diagnosed with essential hypertension from March 2014 to July 2015 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group with remote blood pressure management and control group with conventional blood pressure management.Follow-up studies were conducted on admission day,in the 6th month and the 12 th month. Height,weight,waist and hip circumference,blood pressure,fasting blood-glucose,and blood fat were measured during follow-up visits. Blood pressure of the sufferers was remotely monitored and their lifestyle was interfered in the intervention group. Results After 12 months of follow-up visit,comparison of body weight index,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) between the two groups showed differences of statistical significance( P <0.05).Health behavior got improved in the intervention group,and health knowledge awareness of hypertension,control rate and target rate were higher than the control group,with differences statistical significance( P <0.05).Conclusion Remote health management can significantly improve the health knowledge awareness rate,improve unhealthy lifestyles and compliance behavior,reduce cardiovascular risk factors,increase treatment rate and control rate,and bears important clinical significance in blood pressure control and prevention of cardiovascular events.
