带锁髓内钉治疗长骨骨折的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of interlocking nail to treat long bone fracture

目的探讨带锁髓内钉治疗长骨骨折的疗效。方法选取2011-07—2013-08沈阳市于洪区人民医院收治的长骨骨折患者56例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组各28例,观察组患者予以带锁髓内钉治疗,对照组则予以常规钢板治疗。对比两组患者骨折愈合率及并发症发生率。结果本研究中,观察组患者骨折愈合优良率率为92.9%,显著高于对照组患者的67.0%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为17.9%,显著低于对照组患者的42.9%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于长骨骨折患者应用带锁髓内钉治疗可有效提高患者骨折愈合率,且并发症发生率较低,疗效显著。

Objective To probe into the curative effect of interlocking nail to treat long bone fracture.Methods 56 sufferers with long bone fractures admitted to the People's Hospital of Yuhong District in Shenyang from July 2011 to August 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with interlocking nails,while the control group were given conventional plate treatment.The fracture healing rate and complication rate of both groups were compared. Results In this study,the excellent and good rates of fracture healing rate in the observation group was 92.9%,significantly higher than 67.0% of the control group,and the differences had statistical significance( P <0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 17.9%,significantly lower than 42.9% of the control group,and the differences had statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion Interlocking nail to treat long bone fracture can effectively increase the fracture healing rate of the sufferers,with low complication rate and remarkable treatment effect.
