摘要 目的了解高性能战斗机飞行员腰椎生理曲度异常的发病情况及其影响因素,为全军飞行员特别是高性能战斗机飞行员腰腿痛的治疗和防护提供依据。方法对最近5年来兴城疗养院疗养高性能战斗机飞行员进行腰椎DR拍片普查,对其中高性能战斗机飞行员腰椎曲度异常表现的DR图像进行专家诊断、分析。结果1高性能战斗机飞行员发生腰椎生理曲度异常总发病率为52.27%,比例较高。2随飞行总时间的增长,发病率增高(P<0.01),随飞行员年龄的增长,发病率逐渐增高(P<0.05),与腰椎生理曲度异常的发生密切相关。结论高性能战斗机飞行员的训练飞行与腰椎生理曲度改变有密切关联,增长较快、持续时间较长的高过载对于高性能战斗机飞行员腰椎病的发生影响突出。 Objective To understand the incidence and influencing factors of abnormal lumbar physiological-curvature among high-performance fighter pilots and to provide the basis for the treatment and protection of lumbocrural pain among the whole army pilots especially high-performance fighter pilots.Methods The high-performance fighter pilots coming to Xingcheng Sanatorium for rehabilitation in recent 5 years were given general survey of lumbar DR(digital radiographic) imaging,and the abnormal DR images of lumbar physiological curvature among high-performance fighter pilots were diagnosed and analyzed by experts.Results ① The incidence of abnormal lumbar physiological curvature was 52. 27 % among high-performance fighter pilots,and the ratio was high.② The incidence got higher along with the increase of the total flight time( P <0.01),and the incidence got higher along with the age growth of the pilots(P <0.05),which was closely related to the abnormal lumbar physiological-curvature.Conclusion Training flight among high-performance fighter pilots is closely related to lumbar physiological-curvature changes,and high overload with fast growth and long time of duration has protruding influence on the occurrence of lumbar spondylosis among high-performance fighter pilots.
